Parking is level with a loading zone and is clearly marked. You have to cross the lot to get to the ramp. The ramp is just a small cutout to provide access to the 2" raised sidewalk area, but is broken and in need of repair. Front wheels of a wheelchair may have slight problems, a walker would have greater problems. The sidewalk is cobblestone, which is always a bit more difficult to traverse with assistive devices. The pair of single doors providing access to the interior are adequately maneuverable.

Inside is pleasantly spacious. You face the order area from the front door. The menu is above and behind the counter. You get your own drinks from the drink station that is a bit high for wheelchair access. You also have to fetch your own sauces and plastic ware, but the friendly staff should be happy to assist. Seating is plentiful and well spaced. Booths line the perimeter with plenty of tables in the middle.

The restrooms are in the back area with the emergency exit. There might be some tight turning for larger chairs to gain entrance. Once inside the single occupancy restrooms, there is plenty of space for spinning and wheelies. There is only one grab rail which is located to the side of the toilet. The sink and towels are accessible from a seated position, but the mirror is small and too high and the unreachable soap is mounted next to it.

This Grandy's is large and accommodating with only a few features needing maintenance. With a little preparation, you can enjoy their delicious cinnamon rolls without too much hassle.
