Once through the front door, you are immediately inside the spacious dining area - no vestibule. Tables are very well spaced and suited for wheelchairs. Orders are placed at a low counter with the menu on the wall to the right. Paper menus are available if the wall menu displeases you. There is a drink station for sodas, tea, and beverage accessories. When your name is called, your order is ready on a tray at the back end of the counter, which is as equally accessible as the ordering front end. Near the front door, there is a trash disposal area at which you stack your tray when finished.
The single-occupancy restrooms are at the back of the dining area in a short, wide hall. There are chairs and other stackable items often in the back of the hallway, partially blocking access the the women's restroom. The doors open with exceptional ease and have accessible handles. The restroom interior is spacious with everything reachable except perhaps the top of the paper towel dispenser lever. There is only one grabrail but it is long and well placed beside the toilet.
Overall, this Big Ed's is very accessible with minor nuisances. Due to stripmall parking, you may have a slight trek before getting inside the restaurant. But the surfaces from parking to entrance are in good condition and shouldn't present much of a problem, depending on your level of disability. The staff seems friendly enough to help with your drink and order fetching. And depending on your arm length, paper towels could be difficult to reach.
