There are two posted and painted Disabled Parking spots right at the front door. There is at least one more on the NW 36th St side. The ramp is easy going but could use some repair. The spots were freshly painted.
The outside door was, of course, heavy and you will need assistance. The inside doors are easy but opening only one does not give enough space. The staff had to open both for my chair to go in. The vestibule is free of newspaper racks.
Inside there is LOTS of room. And all of the tables are accessible. There are raised areas for the bar and for some booths. The aisle between the rows of tables was huge.
The restroom did not have a handle on the outside. Just a hand push plate. And inside the restroom the door had the wrong kind of handle. It would be extremely difficult to get out if you needed a closed fist accessible handle. The restroom itself is double occupancy, but the stall is, here's that word again, huge. You could park your Lexus in it. And of course, there were grab bars and accessible TP. The sink was a bit high.
What you don't sense on the way to the restroom is that the hallway is sloped downhill. But you do notice it on the way back up. Those kinds of indoor ramps always disturb me.
As a side note, the trash bin in the restroom is battery operated. You punch the open button and up goes the cover. Hit the down button and down it goes. Great for Monk.
