It's a shame when restaurants designed with disabled access in mind are still inaccessible due to their location in poorly designed strip malls. Jimmy John's is a good example. Their layout inside is spacious and accomodating but none of that matters if you can't get inside.

The disabled parking is down the sidewalk about 3 businesses and the sidewalk itself has a fairly steep incline on the way to the front door. The parking spots are in decent condition, properly labeled, and have a loading zone with a ramp. After the trek up the hill to the door, things get somewhat easier.

Inside has plenty of space to manuever. But there are only two small tables that are at an acceptable height to be wheeled up to after removing a chair. The rest are high chairs and booths. The booths might be ok if you want to wheel up the the side of the table. The drink station and ordering counters are low enough to access while seated.

The restroom is easily reached and the door is not too difficult to open. It swings out. Inside is a spacious single-occupancy area that you might be more comfortable eating in if you can't find room outside. There are three handrails for best options of transfer. The sink, mirror, and soap dispenser are all installed low enough for great access.

Overall, somebody designed this place for ease of access (aside from limited seating, which may not be an issue for all). But their efforts are countered with poor outside access. If you wish to make the climb to the restaurant, at least the drink station is easily reached to quench your thirst after the ordeal.
