This review is actually a compilation of many visits.

The Disabled Parking is great except for one thing. The cut-outs and the ramp and the sidewalk all merge into a not so even path. Depending on where you are on the sidewalk it can feel like you're not on even ground. Sometimes it takes more power to one wheel than the other. (I see a need for full suspension 4 wheel drive wheelchairs.)

I've been there when the waiting room was full to over flowing. That's not fun ever, but sometimes there's simply no room for the wheelchair and I had to wait apart from my family.

There are lots of accessible tables even though there are lots of booths. Plenty of room to table hop. And it's a clear path to the restrooms.

This is a national chain so their restrooms are very accessible. I'll add more specifics when we revisit with a note pad later in the year.
