Benches on sidewalks, slightly heavy restroom door

This is in a new building and meets all new requirements. The only possible issue I noticed was the bench seating on the sidewalks. While attractive and convenient for the non-disabled, they take up a LARGE portion of the sidewalk and MIGHT make getting to the front door difficult in a chair.
Otherwise, there is plenty of disabled parking, shared with the neighboring gas station. The curbs gracefully decline to meet with the parking lot for easy access to the sidewalk. The front door is adequate for gaining entrance with ease.
Inside, you will find plenty or room to manuever to the front counter, drink station, tables, and restrooms. The drink station is set low for easy access. The front counter is not so low, but the friendly staff will certainly make accomodations. There are many tables with chairs that can be removed for a wheelchair.
The restrooms are spacious and modern. Everything is reachable from the seated position and there are the two required grabrails.
