This restaurant is aptly named. You'd have to be a mule to go there.

Factoid One - it's a bar at the edge of an apartment complex.

Factoid Two - THERE ARE NOT DISABLED PARKING SPOTS. There are a couple of unmarked spots next to the ramp.

Factoid Three - Did I say ramp. More like the path taken on the way to the Bridge On the River Kwai. The ramp zig zags up three levels. The guard rails would only protect tall men. Chairs would roll right off.

Factoid Four - The entrance is on a ledge that drops off about two feet. No guard rails. Crazy dangerous. Just crazy dangerous.

Inside the tables were accessible, and there was a clear path to the restrooms and the restrooms were accessible. But at this point, who cares?
